Forming Machine

The gobs then travel through a series of shoots to the forming machine. Each gob slides through a truf and travels through the first and second molds. The first mold is called Blank Mold, which starts the shape of the container. The second mold is called Blow mold, where the bottle is compressed into its final shape. These two types of shaping methods are Press and Blow Method and Blow and Blow Method.

Depending on the size of the bottle forming machines can produce 1 to 4 bottles at one time.
